Vibratory Feeder With Motor Driven
Features of Vibrating Feeder
simple construction, light weight, low noise, reliable working, arge feeding capacity, easy installation and maintenance.
Use self-synchronization principle of vibrating motor,rapidly start, stable work, smooth and steady park.
Feeding trough is small weared because of materials are throwed up and saltantly move forward as parabolic trajectory
The higher presion of feeding materials due to the spout can be altered and open and close instantaneous.
Working Principle of Vibrating Feeder
Use specially made vibrating motor or two motors to bring along exciter, which drives feeding
groove to make periodic linear and reciprocal vibration along the inclined direction in order to
complete feeding. When vertical component of feeding groove vibrating accelerated speed is
greater than gravity accelerated speed, materials are throwed up and saltantly move forward as parabolic trajectory; throwing up and falling are completed in a flash.Exciter source constantly excited and feeding groove constantly vibrate, coal in the groove constantly jump forward to complete the feeding.
