Heavy pulverizer Stone Crusher With Low Speed
The crusher mainly consists of housing, crushing rolls, driving device and chute.
1. Housing
Simple, compact, sturdy and reliable design
The bearings of the crushing rolls are arranged in the front wall of the housing
2. Crushing Rolls
The crushing rolls consist of bearings and shafts, which are fitted easily replaceable crushing segments made of wear-resistant material.
Presenting staggered and helical arrangement, crushing roll is the critical component for directly crushing materials. Special tooth configuration leads to even material feeding and high throughput capacities.
3. Driving Device
It consists of motor, fluid coupling, gearbox and mechanical coupling.
It divides into single-motor and double-motor driving, which is generally anti-explosion.
Fluid coupling is used for the connection between motor and gearbox, reducing starting impact and vibration, as well as providing overload protection.
To obtain total operation monitor and control, it is utilized of speed detection system and cyber monitor of PLC programmable controller. In case of overload, the motor is equipped with manual-reverse operation to protect the normal operation from the damage of blocking and overload.
Application: coal, coal gangue, iron ore, iron gold, coke, slag, sandstone, limestone, shale, rock etc.
